The Mono back has 1 soft bottle holster (which requires a Body Bottle Plus - not included) and a secure zippered pocket that fits an iPhone. It must be paired with either the Hi-Fi front (from the Groove Stereo) or the Lo–Fi front (from the Groove Mono), thus giving you the option to own an extra “back” section that can be traded out with one of the “front” sections for a 1 or 2 bottle option. Either way, the Groove System is for people who don’t normally like waist packs – it’s the most comfortable waist belt ever.
